Return & Refund Policy

i. Please kindly contact us in advanced if you would like to request for return or refund. Our customer service will carry out further assistance and guidance.  

ii. Refund is applicable for dissatisfying with the taste or quality of the products. Customer(s) is required to provide the invoice/receipt together with the product images for further checking. Once we have checked and confirmed, customer will have received their refund within 14 working days after the confirmation. 

iii. All products will be packed in good condition, if there is any damaged or loss caused by the courier service, refund is not possible since it is not under seller control.

iv. All pending orders will be shipped out within 2 days (except weekends or holidays), if the delivery is delayed due to the courier service, please wait patiently and we are appreciating your understanding because the delivery schedule is not under seller control. Once the products have been shipped out, we have the rights to reject the cancellation by the customers.
