We have the rights to make any changes to the information provided, which may included inaccuracies or typographical error, without any further notice. The product images have been edited and adjusted, therefore, the colour deviation may occur. Please kindly refer to the actual product for the true colour representation. If customers are not satisfying with the purchased product(s), please kindly contact us for further assistance.

Payment 

All payments are conducted under a secure server and must be in Malaysia Ringgit only. Stripe has been using as the payment method in this site, which allows customers to pay by credit/debit card or online banking. Customers must not attempt to pay or pay for their orders through any illegal or fraudulent means. Moreover, if the payment process was unsuccessful, we have the rights to cancel or ignore the order(s). 

Delivery of Products

Every order will ship within two days (excluded Holidays and Weekends). Once the order has been processed and shipped out, an email with tracking number will be send to customers' email. However, we are not responsible for any delays or loss which are caused by the courier service. Please kindly track your parcel(s) online once you receive the tracking number in your email.

Defect

Customers should contact us if you are not satisfying with the purchased products within seven days from the date of delivery. For the refund and return issues, please refer to our refund policy.  

Changes to these terms

Beyown Enterprise have the rights to alter/delete any of these terms or make any changes to any promotional offers at any time without prior notice.
